GOLDesp for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
The GOLDesp™ Asset module provides everything you need to create tagged property records, receive and account for new tagged property items, and perform a variety of transactions, including loans, contract transfers, and dispositions. Tagged property, such as special test equipment, special tooling, plant equipment, computer equipment, etc., can be Government-owned, Government-furnished, company-owned or contractor-acquired.
The GOLDesp Asset module provides the following functionality:
- Serial number, lot number, UID, and asset ID tag tracking
- On-line transaction auditable history using user-definable transactions
- Electronic, paperless transfer documents (Property Accountability Documents)
- Bar coding support, including physical inventory
- Asset utilization metrics
- Disposition via the Plant Clearance Automated Reutilization Screening System (PCARSS)
- Data to support DD1662 and NASA 1018 annual reporting to Government agencies
- FAR 45 compliant
- Extensive set of APIs to seamlessly integrate with existing legacy systems
