GOLDesp for Calibration/Preventive Maintenance/Repair

The GOLDesp Calibration/PM/Repair module is an integrated extension of the Asset Management module that supports maintenance of fixed assets and provides a complete calibration system to manage a metrology program. Based on assets and activity schedules established and maintained in the Asset module, the Calibration/PM/Repair system offers the following features to support metrology operations:

• On-line recall of assets for scheduled maintenance actions
• Automatic interval analysis to fine tune calibration/PM/repair intervals based on user-defined decision rules
• Online capture of job order data, including problem and repair actions, input of standards, parts, and technician hours.
• Extensive on-line queries and reports to view all historical calibration/PM/repair data
• Supports unplanned, unscheduled repair/maintenance service actions
• On-line access to vendor technical procedures and instructions
• Forward and reverse traceability of calibration standards
• Beyond Economic Repair (BER) notification
