Lean MRO Process Assessment

Miro Technologies offers professional services focused on the Value Stream Mapping & Analysis (VSM&A) of critical Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) business processes and associated Information Technology (IT) support systems.

Miro consultants will analyze your performance of maintenance and supply processes and create Process Flow Diagrams (PFD's). Once the PFDs are configured for analysis, the Miro Team will capture current-state process metrics by interviewing the Subject Matter Expert(s) (SME) involved in the process and by observing the process in operation. The PFDs will then be analyzed to determine current-state performance and to identify opportunities for standardization and process improvement.  PFDs will all be accomplished in Microsoft Visio software to easily facilitate information sharing within your organization.
