GOLDesp – the ‘Any Asset, Anywhere, Anytime’ solution for aftermarket logistics and military maintenance management
GOLDesp(Enterprise Service Platform) is a web-based Maintenance & Supply application designed to provide aerospace defense contractors, operators and suppliers with an ‘Any Asset, Anywhere, Anytime’ solution for aftermarket logistics and military maintenance management. GOLDesp is a best-of-breed, enterprise-level software suite with comprehensive and fully integrated modules based on best operational military and commercial business practices.
GOLDesp was designed from the ground up to help manage sustainment, repair, maintenance, manufacturing, and refurbishment of fixed-wing and rotary wing aircraft, unmanned vehicles, rockets, satellites, ground vehicles and electrical components.
Leveraging technology to gain efficiencies and reduce costs
GOLDesp enables defense organizations to modernize information technology for maintenance and supply systems and to:
- Improve maintenance efficiency and asset utilization
- Optimize support chain management
- Maximize mission-readiness
- Better support deployed operations
- Reduce sustainment costs
- Provide broader integration
Flexibility to fit your business model
GOLDesp merges global asset visibility with complete product life-cycle management to support your total enterprise, or provide niche functionality for an existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. GOLDesp can be configured to support a variety of environments, including forward area maintenance, depot-level repair management, Integrated Operational Support (IOS) programs, Performance Based Logistics (PBL)/Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) program logistics, or Enterprise Asset Management.
Combat proven, fully deployable
'Deployability' means that units in the field can maintain aircraft and control airworthiness in a disconnected environment, without the need to connect their laptops to a central server. GOLDesp supports multiple, remote independent operations with automated re-synchronization with a central database.
Interoperability - air, land and sea
GOLDesp enables tri-service capability (Army, Navy and Air Force) for aircraft engineering and asset management on a single, networked system, thus improving combat force capability through increased logistical visibility and equipment availability.
Ease of use
GOLDesp features a simple, intuitive web-based user interface designed around processes, not functions. Users have access to a configurable global navigation system, standardized controls and hyperlinks, and desktop-level components for personalized content. User customizable data grids and labels, floating tips, desktop shortcuts, saved queries, and page-level online Help further assist the user.
ePBL for automated decision support
Miro has increased the value proposition of GOLDesp as a decision support tool at all levels with the incorporation of our new ePBL™ (Extended Performance Based Logistics) portal that includes new dashboards and enhanced real-time reporting and online analytical processing (OLAP).
