CMC Limited to represent Miro in Indian sub-continent

Mumbai, India – January 18, 2006

Miro Technologies announced the appointment of CMC Limited as its Representative for the Indian sub-continent during the Airline Engineering & Maintenance Conference organized by AIC this week in Mumbai. CMC Limited, an end-to-end IT solutions provider with capabilities straddling the entire information technology spectrum, will serve as Miro’s sales agent for the Commercial Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) and Aerospace & Defense markets.

"CMC has been playing a major role in mission critical IT implementations in the Aerospace and Defense markets where Miro's technologies and products are of great relevance. We look forward to our expanded relationship with Miro Technologies and the opportunity to introduce Miro's successful AuRA™ and GOLD™ product lines to our customers and prospects throughout the Indian sub-continent," said R. Ramanan, Managing Director & CEO of CMC Limited.

The relationship between Miro and CMC began a year ago when Miro contracted with CMC Americas Inc. to develop a new JAVA-based application called iGOLD™ that will be introduced to the Aerospace & Defense market worldwide in the Spring of 2006.

"CMC Limited is the ideal partner for Miro in India," said Vincent Monteparte, President of Miro Technologies. "CMC clearly has the resources and IT experience to not only market our products, but implement and service them as well in the region."

Miro's appointment of CMC as its Representative for the Indian sub-continent follows closely on the heels of the announcement last week that SriLankan Airlines has selected the AuRA™ software suite to modernize its IT systems for Maintenance and Materials Management.

AuRA is a fully integrated maintenance and supply solution specifically designed for the commercial MRO market. AuRA streamlines aviation business processes and tackles some of the most complex challenges facing maintenance operations, such as configuration management, thus helping airline operators to improve productivity, reduce costs and turn-times and enable better decision-making.
