The Miro Technologies Business Partner Network is a collection of best-in-class organizations that contribute an important component of a world-class aftermarket solution for the Defense and Commercial aviation markets. Our partners provide complimentary technologies, products or services related to Miro applications for existing customers and new prospects, either in a geographic region or specific industry vertical. Miro business partners are classified into four partner categories, Solution Partners, Service Partners, Technology & ISV Partners and Strategic Alliance Partners.

Strategic Alliance Partners

Miro has forged strategic alliances with a small group of business partners that typically serve in multiple roles.

Technology & ISV Partners

Our Technology Partners and network of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) add value and extend Miro's software suite. We have developed a strong network of technology and software companies to offer customers a reliable infrastructure to run Miro?s applications and complimentary software products.

Technology Partners provide our development tools and integrated software and hardware components vital to our enterprise solutions, including platforms, databases, storage systems, networks and mobile devices.

ISV Partners provide software products that significantly extend or enhance Miro applications and add value for customers.

Solution Partners

Our worldwide network of solution partners sell, implement or support Miro applications, typically in a specific geographic region. Some Miro solution partners add value by tailoring a solution to best fit the needs of the local market.

Sales Agents are appointed by Miro in specific geographic regions to identify prospects and pursue sales for Miro's enterprise software applications in the Commercial MRO and Aerospace & Defense verticals. All License & Services Agreements are executed between Miro and the customer.

Implementation Partners provide onsite implementation services for Miro applications for customers in a specific geographic region.

Support Partners provide 1st level support services for Miro applications to existing customers for a geographic region. Services typically include Hotline desk support, training, onsite program management and other services.

Service Partners

Miro works closely with a network of service partners who provide complimentary services related to Miro applications, such as hosting, infrastructure and consulting.

Hosting Partners provide a 'managed service' to those customers that want access to Miro systems such as AuRA™, without the cash flow burden associated with software licenses, servers, or internal IT infrastructure costs.

Business Consulting Partners provide Miro customers with expert consulting services in the areas of process and change management, systems integration, software selection management, and project management in cooperation with Miro.

Infrastructure Partners offer a complete, turnkey IT infrastructure solution in collaboration with Miro.
